Full shipping costs must be paid, if full shipping cost is not paid customers will be contacted and orders will be changed or cancelled to meet the right postage costs to your place of residence or business.
Orders may require someone to be on site to accept delivery, or a card may be left, and will need to be picked up from the closest pickup location. In this circumstance you will require ID to collect your parcel.
We use various courier services, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer express shipping through Australia Post on our orders. Express Postage orders may be satisfied through StarTrack Express under our discretion.
ACOUSTIC PIANO SHIPPING
Shipping costs for acoustic pianos are subject to change after checkout depending on the exact location of the delivery.
There may be an extra charge for 5 or more stairs.
We will contact you if there are further costs required for shipping.

You will be emailed the tracking information if you left your email at checkout
Not all parcels will have tracking information.
REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, and the product is in new condition, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to organize a return. This term does not apply if the item was a special order*.

Returns can be processed by mail or in store. Mailing a return may incur extra fees depending on the reason for return.
Warranties are covered by manufacturers.
If an item is damaged during transport delivery, it is preferred you do not accept the package, please contact us if you have any concerns.
