RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, if you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit, provided the instrument is unopened, unplayed, and returned in its original packaging and condition. Clearance models excluded.
We do not accept change of mind returns for Brass and Woodwind instruments.
Change of mind returns are only available for online purchases.
If the item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to organize a return.
Returns can be processed by mail or in store. Mailing a return may incur extra fees depending on the reason for return.
Warranties are covered by manufacturers.
If an item is damaged during transport delivery, it is preferred you do not accept the package, please contact us if you have any concerns.
