The GILMAN 50 Series Acoustic Electric Guitar features a dreadnought design with a Venetian cutaway. Its spruce top is complemented by walnut back and sides, with tortoiseshell 4 ply ivory/black top binding and tortoiseshell 3 ply ivory/black side and back binding. The bound nato neck features a black walnut fingerboard with 4mm pearl dot inlays and a dovetail joint. A double ring rosette and centre back strip add to the guitar's elegant design. The guitar also includes a tortoiseshell scratch-plate and a black walnut bridge. The Graph Tech Canada NuBone XB nut and compensated saddle, along with Grover style chrome diecast machine heads and D'Addario USA strings, ensure quality sound and playability.
